Change Fiscal Year

Use the Change Fiscal Year function to change the current fiscal year to any existing fiscal year for viewing and printing statements, journals, and reports.

Use the Period Conversion function in System Manager and Post to Master function to create new fiscal years and to perform necessary year end processing.

Hint: You can open the Change Fiscal Year function by double-clicking on the Fiscal Year label on the footer of the TRAVERSE interface.

ClosedChanging the Fiscal Year
  1. Select the fiscal year in which you want to work from the Current Year field.
  2. Use the chart below to determine how to respond to the Change for this session only check box.
    3. Action To
    Select the check box Change the fiscal year on your workstation for the current session only.
    Clear the check box Change the fiscal year on your workstation for all sessions until you change the fiscal years again.
  3. Click OK to change the year.
